Keen Sight Optical Chamber operates a physical clinical practice in Srinagar utilizing licensed optometrists, medical lab technicians, and professional ophthalmologists. However, our online platforms serve strictly informational, educational, and pre-screening functions:

• Educational Content & Blogs: All medical articles, eye health insights, and localized blogs are curated strictly to educate the public on eye conditions and the importance of professional intervention. Blog posts do not contain targeted prescriptions, drug regimens, or active clinical treatments.
• 3D Interactive Eye Anatomy: The 3D eye and orbital muscle models are interactive training aids for visual illustration and general awareness. They are not intended to be used by any user to self-diagnose or map personal visual pathologies.
• Diagnostic Lab Directory: The diagnostic lab search utility provides generic reference values, fasting prerequisites, and high-level test context. Clinical laboratory test criteria must be interpreted exclusively by a qualified pathologist or practicing medical professional.
• No Creation of Medical Relationship: Interacting with our digital utilities, searching lab parameters, reading blogs, or running self-administered vision simulations does not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship between you and any practicing ophthalmologist or specialist affiliated with Keen Sight Optical Chamber. A binding relationship is only established upon formal registration and physical diagnostic examination at our center in Srinagar.

3. Emergency Medical Disclaimer

THIS PLATFORM IS NOT EQUIPPED TO MANAGE MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you are experiencing a sudden or severe eye emergency—such as acute or complete loss of vision, physical ocular trauma, chemical entry into the eye, persistent severe eye pain, or flashing lights and floaters—do not use our website tools, booking page, or communication portals.

You must immediately proceed to the nearest physical emergency room or hospital casualty ward in Srinagar. Keen Sight Optical Chamber explicitly disclaims all liability for any deterioration of health or medical injury resulting from a user delaying in-person emergency care due to reliance on information found across our digital platforms.

4. Keen Sight Wellness Arcade (Interactive Tools & Games)

They do not constitute, replace, or override a comprehensive physical eye exam or clinical refraction test performed by an eye specialist.
• Hardware & Calibration Limits: Display hardware variances, screen resolution, ambient room lighting, brightness settings, device scaling, and user positioning (e.g., maintaining the precise 40cm distance for near vision metrics or arm's length for smooth tracking) dramatically impact the output of web-based tests. Accordingly, any score, star value, or readout generated by these games is an approximation and cannot be treated as clinical evidence of visual health or impairment.
• Assumption of Risk: Users are strictly warned against purchasing corrective lenses, altering prescriptions, or making medical assumptions based on the arcade interfaces. Keen Sight Optical Chamber accepts zero liability for user self-assessment outcomes.

5. VIP Portal, Patient Prescriptions, and Blood Lab Reports

Our secure VIP Login Portal provides active members access to historical parameters and physical laboratory records.

• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for protecting your VIP login credentials. Any unauthorized access to your personal portal due to credential leaks or shared browser sessions remains your sole responsibility.
• Digital Prescriptions: Lens, frame, and clinical optical values displayed inside the VIP dashboard reflect physical metrics recorded at our Srinagar location. These metrics should not be modified, scraped, or applied to external configurations without verified validation.
• Blood Report Downloads: Our platform provides an electronic delivery path for routine pathology and biochemistry profiles conducted at our physical collection centers. Users must exercise normal data privacy caution when downloading sensitive PDFs onto shared or public devices. All downloaded files must be evaluated in person by a certified clinician before acting on the results.

These status tags, digital stars, and milestone achievements represent a non-monetary, promotional loyalty framework. They hold zero real-world cash value, cannot be legally traded or liquidated, and can be adjusted, reset, or terminated by our administration at any time without notification.

6. Appointment Booking Portal & No-Show Policy

Our booking engine handles physical scheduling requests for our clinical chambers located in Soura, Srinagar, Kashmir.

Zero Upfront Fees: We do not charge an upfront booking or reservation fee through our digital portals. All standard clinical checkups, automated refractions, and diagnostic test fees are settled directly at our physical facility after the service is rendered.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Since we do not collect upfront payments, you will not be financially penalized for missing an appointment. However, out of courtesy to other patients, we request that you cancel or reschedule in advance. Repeated, unnotified "no-shows" may result in temporary restrictions being placed on your ability to use the online booking engine in the future.

7. Optical Dispensing, Timelines & Refund Policy

To maintain absolute clinical integrity, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency, all physical optical goods and services dispensed at our clinic are subject to the following terms, as agreed upon in our in-clinic Medical & Financial Consent Form:

• Order Processing Timelines (No Shipping): We do not offer direct home delivery or postal shipping. Simple lens powers will typically take 3 days to process for in-clinic pickup. Specialised lenses, including progressives, high-index parameters, and high-power prescriptions, may require additional processing time depending on supplier/courier speed and material availability. You will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp when your order passes final quality inspection.
• Prescription Re-Check Policy: Any concerns regarding prescription adaptation or re-evaluation must be reported within 14 days of your initial consultation to be eligible for a complimentary re-check. After this 14-day window expires, any further re-evaluations or subsequent eye tests will be subject to standard consultation fees.
• Custom Optical Orders (Non-Refundable): Prescription optical lenses are custom-fabricated and cut precisely to match your unique visual parameters. Once the laboratory cutting and fitting process has commenced, these orders are entirely non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged.
• Abandoned Goods Policy: Completed optical orders (including prescription lenses and frames) that are not collected from our clinic within 60 days of the final pickup notification will be considered abandoned. Abandoned goods will be forfeited and discarded without refund.
• Hygiene Accessories (Final Sale): For strict health and safety compliance, the sale of all contact lenses, contact lens cleansing solutions, storage cases, optical lens cleaning sprays, selvets (microfiber cleaning cloths), and protective boxes are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items once they have left the clinic premises or once their original protective packaging is unsealed.
• Frames & Sunglasses: Standard frames and sunglasses are thoroughly inspected prior to dispensing. Any manufacturer defect inquiries are handled exclusively at our physical clinic at the discretion of management. Damage caused by user mishandling, drops, accidents, or improper chemical cleaning is explicitly excluded from any warranty or replacement policy.

8. User-Generated Content & Reviews

Our review subdomain allows patients to publish immediate local feedback, ratings, and testimonials.

• Third-Party 3D Assets: The 3D eye anatomical assets and muscle groups utilized inside the Eye Anatomy interactive page are third-party creative files integrated under open-source digital licensing structures. Keen Sight Optical Chamber claims no ownership over the original underlying raw 3D mesh layers. However, the custom programming, custom layout hooks, interactive configurations, rendering optimizations, and functional frontend software written to wrap, deliver, and display these models inside our pages remain our exclusive digital property.
• Scraping and Exploitation Ban: Automated scraping, programmatic data mining, or exact framework cloning of our diagnostic database lists, unique frontend implementation code, review indexes, or interactive arcade code configurations by competitors for commercial distribution is strictly illegal and will face immediate civil and criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

These Terms, along with your access to our digital ecosystems, shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal friction, consumer disputes, or litigation arising out of the performance of these digital platforms or clinical services shall be subject exclusively to the territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
