To Put Them In (Insertion):

  1. Wash & Dry: Always wash your hands with an oil-free soap and dry them with a lint-free towel.
  2. Check the Lens: Place the lens on your index finger. It should look like a perfect bowl (U-shape). If the edges flare out, it is inside out.
  3. Hold Your Eye Open: Use your middle finger to pull your lower eyelid down, and your other hand to lift your upper eyelid.
  4. Place Gently: Look straight ahead or slightly up, and gently place the lens on the eye. Blink slowly to center it.

To Take Them Out (Removal):

  1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
  2. Look up and pull your lower eyelid down with your middle finger.
  3. Use your index finger to gently touch the lower edge of the lens and slide it down to the white part of your eye.
  4. Gently squeeze the lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it.
